This would be nice, that way you wouldn't have to remember to set them on vacation when they leave, instead just set the date when they schedule it!

This is a pain as there are several times a request is general in nature and no need for a sub type.

Thanks, Nicole. I have tried this and cant seem to get it to pull the logs off of the SAN. I worked with Phillip for a few hours and he couldn't get it to work either.

I certainly hope this gets rolled out soon. I am currently using the CIFS feature of an EMC VNX SAN which logs to windows evt logs, and there is no way install an agent on this machine, so an agentless pull is required. One thing I am finding is that WHD actually merges child tickets into the parent to a point where you cant actually modify the child tickets separately of the parent. This will prohibit me of being able to accomplish what I am attempting to do. It would be nice if WHD would simply link the tickets in a parent/child…
