I have noticed this same issue. I took a look at the code within the widget itself. The code doesn't check if the CPU count and the recommendation are the same number after the IF statements. In Memory Overallocation, I am getting a recommendation to Reduce 2048 MB to 2209 MB, which doesn't make sense either.
