Cyber Monday is actually a slow day for us so we don't have to deal with bottlenecks that day.

Luckily my husband works in IT too so we can have meaningful conversations about work, but the rest of my family things I "work on computers". Which means I'm usually the go-to tech support for any phone/computer/internet related problem.

This year I've completed an Azure certification and got introduced to Cisco Nexus. I'd previously had zero experience with either but I've been excited about learning something new!

I'm fairly certain I answered the 10th question correctly but it got counted wrong. I found the answer word for word in the article. I'm not sure what I did wrong unless I accidentally clicked the wrong answer. It doesn't show me what I clicked but ????

We don't really have to do anything, but offer guest wireless so they can shop from their personal devices.

We have a hardware vendor that picks up our old monitors/PCs/phones/etc for recycling. We also recently sold used monitors that we were going to recycle back to our users for $10. We ended up being able to re-purpose all of our monitors as opposed to sending them to recycle.

New federal guidelines require all federal servicers to encrypt syslog traffic. Adding this feature to log manager would allow us to keep using Solarwinds for our logging instead of going with a third party. It doesn't make sense that the enterprise logging tools do not support it but Kiwi does.
