I have exactly this issue with Mapmaker v6.4 - no toolbar. I have no mapmaker.toolbars file in the solarwinds\network performance monitor folder. I have tried uninstalling solarwinds and re-installing (to the same server) without solving this problem. Any help appreciated. John Gibbs
