No i had not, but the problem is finding an image that will verify. Of course support said well yes that is the issue, so your telling me with the thousands of Thwack users, no one has a good linked image of the US or Florida? You will also want to play with Tech groups request type supported. You will be able to narrow down the tickets that way and maybe accomplish what you are looking to do. I might still suggest a custom field.

We don't have it enabled in our environment. We could try it but i don't believe that should be the end all fix. does it still process the emails teh same way so once it reads the email it moved it to deleted automatically? Assuming Pop or imap?

We do not use the POP / IMAP features on office 365. I am hoping that you get this resolved by other means.
