No i had not, but the problem is finding an image that will verify. Of course support said well yes that is the issue, so your telling me with the thousands of Thwack users, no one has a good linked image of the US or Florida? That is all i am looking for something like a weather map i can use for Florida.

I found that cisco has a line in their IOS that allows their devices to use none Cisco configured devices like you mentioned. I don't know the command, but a Cisco Engineer on site did it for me one day on my Nexus 3K switch.

Well I just got the Amazon g-card so i ordered the power supply and 2 different SD. 1 was a I love RP3 card preloaded with Noob and the other was a Samsung blank 32 gb I was thinking about making a media center. my 15 year old wants to start coding so i though the Noob OS might give her the ability to play some. rschroeder I don't believe its 100% fixed yet, my points in the store vs. points on the leader board are still off by a few thousand.
-
Its close, my pint totals still do not match, but my rank seems accurate. rschroeder are your point totals matching?
-
I was ranked in the 50's and not am in the 70's but my points total in the leader board is more than what my points say along the top, by almost 6K in points. I suspect they are still working on it. I was hoping with the Orlando SWUG that would have helped me break the top 50 and now i am back in the 70's and its very…

OK I have to steal that for then i call Solarwinds Support "we're ramping up an army and preparing to rain a nightmare-sized flaming ball of elevated escalations upon their heads" - wait did I say that, i am sure i meant Dell Support. I hope you are successful. and for the record, I will be happy to have my total point…

Well that did get me where i wanted to go, it has a whopping list of 8 things showing but inside its like IIS has 50 monitors on it? Under one server? Crazy talk. I need to review and fix that all i guess but now i know where to start. Thanks again.

Let me give that a shot, I am upgrading to SRM 6.4 right now so as soon as Orion is back available i will check. Thank you.
-
Thanks a ton. That is helpful.

You will also want to play with Tech groups request type supported. You will be able to narrow down the tickets that way and maybe accomplish what you are looking to do. I might still suggest a custom field.
-
Very welcome. This one was biting me for a while, I guess i never though to go to create message to delete them, and holding the shift key down, that is like ordering off the secret menu at in&out burger if you know what that is.

Do you have to do this on every windows 10 PC or can you push that out somehow?
-
Here you go. Not really improved to the nth degree, but better. Reporting had no changes that i can tell. Some new admin options. and the fact Office 365 i supported now. Huge help.
-
It was not there for me either. So updated my windows install, but noticed the reports had little to no work done to them.
-
Yes you're right. Thank you i knew i was having a brain cramp. I simply couldn't find it. Thanks for your help.
-
Good call on the license monitor, i forgot that.

There are a lot of features it needs added to it, I mentioned OTRS. Talk about feature rich and its open source so its free, or was for a long time. Now like everything else, there is a fee for high end features. Really a great example of feature packed helpdesk solution. I used it for roughly 8 years before leaving that…

We don't have it enabled in our environment. We could try it but i don't believe that should be the end all fix. does it still process the emails teh same way so once it reads the email it moved it to deleted automatically? Assuming Pop or imap?
-
We do not use the POP / IMAP features on office 365. I am hoping that you get this resolved by other means.
