Nice. I didn't wear my shirt today. I had to be in the office, and we can't wear just t shirts. And it's going to be warm enough in Atlanta today to not wear two shirts.

I am under the Decomplexify IT section with the SolarWinds Service Desk. I am not sure to be honest. Bit of a secret, it was prerecorded.
-
All good. I am excited as well. I hope if you watch my piece, you will enjoy it.
-
An email went out and it had a join here button on it. At least that was what I received.
-
Chrome worked finally
-
We do not support Firefox. What kind of Director of IT would I be if I didn't drink the same Kool-Aid the rest do. We have Chrome and Edge.
-
I must be able to use my work computer. I have never had issues before and if they did something that is going to limit work related PC's that's not really good for the long term.

I am getting this this morning. I am running on MS Edge. The request is blocked. 20240416T133320Z-18655757dbchb8hrrdnzauun9400000003u0000000005xc2

Will do. Thank you.
-
I have one now, but I need a new one. Whether it does or not, I feel like my personal air is cleaner.
-
Just for edification, why would you not just move to DRE? Is there a strategic reason to have both? Obviously, they are different platforms and operate differently. You might find it better to migrate to a single solution or add additional tools if this solution doesn't work. I love SolarWinds but i am not going to lie on…

This is also weird, Nothing there but the 1 never goes away.
-
It also requires Task Manager to quit.

Yes, wireless chargers for cell, watches, and headset / earphones. I would like to see the Ninja Fat Heads come back. I loved those from back in the day. NVMe readers, A glowing pink salt desk lamp for health. I would like more desk mats. More printed options, or customizable.

Actually, my need is slightly different in scope but thank you. This is good. I just do not have any actual Azure apps like they are expecting like SQL or other. We are 100% SaaS which is hard for some to wrap their heads around. I have spoken with them about this and we are going to reconnect in a few weeks on some topics.

OK thank you. Can you tell I am getting excited for ESM. I have it installed and am about to really dive in.
-
Thank you, I figured it was easy, just wanted to ask. Thanks for the assist.
-
I just converted to ESM. I had not done that before, So I am starting over, where I will have Customer service in their own space. I am excited to try this out. Will it work the same as described above? Also, it was great chatting with you. I hope it all works out for ThwackCAMP. I hate to ask but for these other roles, I…

This is helping a lot. Thank you. My main concern is with Freshdesk today we can route inbound email to both a primary and secondary based on domain, I assume I handle that in automation? They set it up this way so they could provide all customers one email address but still manage accounts based on customer.
-
How does this help me route the emails to the specific users?

I think I am going to have to see examples. I use Power BI not, and I get all of the computers, users license information etc., in my MS Dashboard. I also imported one for Intune, which tells me compliance to our policies. What is the power BI connector going to provide me I am not getting today. I would like to see a…

I have those, they have had some really good shirts, but as a 2X tall guy my sizes for 2X or XLT don't last long.
-
Thank you. I have been looking. I noticed there is a pair of missing Backpacks. Neither option is available. Not as in no stock but no longer listed. Looking forward to the new items, I have everything else I want on there, unless you bring back the original Corn Hole game and not the travel one. That'd be a winner. Also,…

The breakfast taco's.... I miss Austin. I actually have family there and when I was working for my previous company, which was when I was way more active in THWACK etc., I was in Austin a few times at the company offices, as well as for SolarWinds THWACKcamp. I also was invited to do a SQL broadcast from the other Austin…

I have a Buc-ees about 100 miles plus south of me in Atlanta. They are building one right in Ocala where I was before I relocated to Atlanta in April of this year. Interesting place. Just don't go if you are in a hurry. Its like the Super Walmart of gas stations. You know they published their location managers make almost…

Since witches are burned at the stake, they must be made of wood, since it burns as well. Wood floats on water, as do ducks. Therefore, if the man weighs the same as a duck, she must be able to float on water, which means he is made of wood, and consequently must be a witch.

ThwackCAMP 2017 attending in person, Not playing in the D&D regretfully, but did learn about a very cool game called SysadMANIA! which I proudly have my copy still in the plastic. And when we all came out in the Shirts for Kellie. That was cool. in the early years getting like 30,000 points for attending both days. OK…

Are you logged in to both in the same browser? Is your account active? is this relevant over 3 years later?

I just laughed out loud for real. 21" you were rich man. I had a 15" hernia-inducing, back-straining, behemoth. That should have been white but when you touched it any dirt particle on your hands somehow left a dirt-colored mark forever...

Yes SCSI... Ah the days when Seagate was KING... Zip disks were the thing. I must have had zero music on them and actual data because MP3 didn't exist. We actually had Cassetts which we had to manually record our songs off the radio which could be done for free mind you, and tried very hard to get the music and no DJ…
