Very difficult today, Mine does cut tickets but some how I don't think that is the right answer. I just don't know. I get tickets for everything, too many in fact. so From my experience its yes, but its likely no, or Fish, or one hand clapping.

@"tphelps01" they were. It was two days 1 night away. I know I need to. It was my intention, just never materialized. And to be honest. My Wife and I were going to go to Montana for a music festival in July, but well you know. The Covd thing sorta hampered those plans.

It would be nice if there was a System Tray icon where they could open a ticket right from there with all the portal options in it. I know a lot of others do that, NinjaONE, Pulseway, Datto, etc.
