@"ecklerwr1" I started with the engineering tool set in 2003. I was a Dameware customer before SolarWInds purchased it. I was an early adopter of the WHD. I think I spoke to @"meech" for the first time in 2010 about a new program called MVP where they invited Thwacksters to contribute and help others. I have been lucky to…

IYHO I agree with you. Y stands for your... I mean we cant be changing PEBCEK so lets no mess with K.I.S.S. Without visibility into your environment you can not troubleshoot. you must have tools, any tools, if you cant afford Solarwinds, get something, there are free tools out there, but you need to work your way up to…

When in doubt select A. answer.

i didin't get the happy dancing fox animal but i have reviewed several products with them. LinkedIn: Log In or Sign Up

@"yumdarling" I have not sent a DM on this new platform. I know I know, MVP blah blah. How do I DM?
-
That would be a dream come true.

Well said

is today a trick question? I see the word benefits, i see the answers but one answer doesn't fall under benefits, although it could be a benefit. I am having to think too hard today.
-
rschroeder, the largest challenge I believe that is faced is even if you do train the employees, the C-level, and speaking as one, rarely do we get to or let those we train do what we pay them to do. Often at the corporate level the tendency is to oversight everything. Manage the managers which manage others. I have…

Dang, I started copying then I just typed it in all CAPS.

But in this case of the question, A was not part of the right answer so really it was B and C but it did say in the article those were the main items but there were more things not listed therefore, answer D would cover everything not listed. Thus B, C, D. I might have my letters wrong here but i remember the Application…

Three weeks in a row, No Friday green tick. I voted, no points, no green check. So close to bingo yet so far....
-
Good mission, and all greens for me. Nice. Fingers crossed for the 3D printer.
-
Hey wabbott, What if we do not have any cloud instances as part of our IT infrastructure. I can not take screen shots of what i dont have. I am not sure that is a fair mission shortcut. I want to participate but it leaved me in the cold and dark out planet with no life to speak of.
-
I have to agree a hi level overview like described would be nice.
-
I think the register is a great one, I agree, I also like TLDR. Social media is a cesspool, so I avoid it.
-
You are not the only one. I am having a hard time with this today, can not find the right location to look. Nothing has a matching answer I can see.
-
Congrats amore1329

I hope i am not too late, here you go a nice picture montage... I hope This will do. Found my inner Jedi, Raged, and saved the day, whew thank goodness its Friday.
-
I think I missed the Window for the 5K points. I hope not, but then again, I was also a participant, so hoping they grandfather me in, what says you @"Walshy"

I have SRM, its a good product but it is pricey. I was lucky i put the Dell Equallogic to pasture so i could fit my disks in my license.
-
Remember this monthly mission was a product of current and former MVP's which means people like me, making questions for well everyone not me. No I did not participate in this. The issue is not all of the folks which are MVP's, trying not to offend anyone here, are as uniquely qualified to providing hints like the expertly…

I just realized abynum the best part of the tree, the WRAPPING PAPER!!!!! Where or where did you get it...

Hey congrats to vblincoe on the win.

Got today's wrong, but to be fair, it was no where stated. 4. Deployment Term; Expiration; Termination. 4.1 Deployment Term. Deployment Services begin on the Effective Date and shall expire in accordance with Section 4.2 (“Expiration”) unless sooner terminated in accordance with the Support Terms (“Deployment Term”). 4.2…

We moved from a Non-exchange hosted email, which was terrible, to O365. Support is really good, I usually have a phone call in a matter of an hour or two and might i add from Microsoft its a FREE tech support call. I have not had a email outage in 3 years (knocking wood) aside from our local internet fiber cut (company…

I don't drink coffee but, if I did, it would be Duncan!!!... Stay thirsty my friends. OK I have one for you, who back in the days before VoIP, was wearing the wedding ring probably gold, and was changing some RJ11 Phones on the patch panel and someone took the phone off hook to make a call and you got a nice warm feeling…
