Nice, thanks. I don't get out much this time of year, I shop all online but wrapping paper is a must have.

OK somebody tell me, what is 12 down and jumbled word 2, i missed them both.

Day 1 complete and correctly answered. Back on my perfect streak, at least for this month...

#bumpsquad Bump Please.

I did receive some points today, but I answered Monday and Tuesday's questions and only received credit for one. Are we still having issues with the platform for Points and Polls? @"kpina"

I can concur. The Skullcandy headphones are $25 on Amazon while the Thule Backpacks one can get for $66 at vista print with no logo, a little more with a logo, but in the Store, they are worth the same Thwack Points. 50K of points for a $25 set of headphones, seems a little unreasonable. While 75k for the JBL, which are…

Although i agree with you that we can do that, I also agree we need a user Dashboard like the picture attached. I have found that users find WHD frustrating in searching for old tickets. They need a nice dashboard for them to quickly see history, search the KB's and maybe even an IT news section where we post potential…

I am so lucky to have a supportive wife that understands my 70 hours of work in the office and 2 or more hours at home. She understands my duties, both as a Sr. Leader and when i have to be the Sysadmin and tech support. She sometimes wonders if anyone can turn on a computer if I do not tell them no the other button.…

I couldn't agree more.

Its funny this survey came out today. I was talking to Cisco today and this is from CISCO, they were talking about how bad they hate supporting Cisco with Firepower. its a bolt on with additional layers of communication, unlike, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and others and i use WatchGuard which is smooth to use and seamless. If…

I would not do that. I have enough accounts for everything else, I already have to keep a one note to keep them all organized.

There can be only one...

This might just be one of the best overall months for prizes ev'ah!!!!!

I think a quiz would be awesome and like last year for a t shirt prize or something. I think having a live panel discussion where we have the IT pro's log in like the Thwack Labs, but live and you chat with us on air and answer questions, tell stories, and of course there should be head geeks in costumes. I think a new…

I see us at some point making it virtual, so we can have large online tournaments, a double elimination don't stop until you drop type thing. I am sure we could host it a Full Sail University here in Florida.
-
This would appear to be correct. At least for what it isn't.

I have to admit, i use Solarwinds Patch Manager, and I actually find it quite clunky. I have a tough time downloading all the updates as it doesn't auto grab the adobe's and java's of the world. I wish it was more like WSUS where it went out seeking for updates for our software. At least for me it does not, if its supposed…
