I took another shot at it this weekend. I used the license manager to deactivate the licenses before hand but still had the same issue with the licensing library corrupting. I put in a ticket and called my rep. Support called me that was able to reset the licensing and get me back online. Other than that everything seems…

I went to create a new template and it looks like you can with a "Process Monitor - Windows". Build the template and you can set your threshold.

Case #1040032 I received another email saying to remove and add the array back to SolarWinds. I would rather not do this so i don't lose any historical data.
