Never noticed that. Can you add it to the page? Looks like it is in the list, strange.

How did you setup netflow on your 6509. If you used the directions I posted on the forum then you are going to get flows from every interface on the 6500. Let me know if you have more questions. Hope that helps.

Have you moved or migrated your Orion server? Based on the error it sounds like you have. You need to move your nodes over to the new polling engine that you see in Orion. This can be done under the Manage Nodes page. Jeff

There is no redundant polling between NPM & NCM, you shouldn't need to do anything.

Looking into your ticket for you to see if there is anything I can do to help. Just want to check on one thing first, there is a setting to limit the amount of devices displayed in the AppStack settings. Has that been modified?
-
How many elements does each poller have? Have you looked at the logs to see when and why they are stopping? They shouldn't stop polling.

Sounds like two different things you're trying to accomplish. For the bottom one, check this post, it should help.

Matt, Here is the SQL statement you will need to do this. INSERT INTO UDT_SwitchToRouter VALUES (SwitchID,RouterID,NULL,1) example INSERT INTO UDT_SwitchToRouter VALUES (20,50,NULL,1) You will have to do this for each layer 2 device that isn't properly associated. Let me know if you have any questions. Jeff

I know that they are working on a major upgrade to the mapmaker tool. I have no idea of what that consists of, but it has been a request by many. Maybe someone from SW staff can give you more information.

Upon running the executable for version 9.5 I am informed that my versions of NTA, APM. NCM and/or VoIP may be out of date and need to be upgraded prior to completing the installation of Orion. I checked the registry and all of my modules are at the latest version and service pack level. Any ideas what may be happening?…

You have two options for this; 1. You can change how the Node List is sorted, and sort Grou By Level 1 by 'Node Group'. Any node that doesn't have a node group assigned should show up in the unknown catagory. -or- 2. You can run the following query against the NCM DB; Select * From Nodes Where NodeGroup='' Jeff *You could…

How much bandwidth and what is the latency between the remote locations? While the Additional Polling Engines support remote-ability there are some factors to consider. Also, which modules would be running in these remote locations?

Try putting the city into the SNMP location. For example: Austin, TX. See if that helps.
