Mine exam was remote in the local company office. Done via webcam. I studied the the study material from the certification page.

I have the same issue. I have also emailed SolarWinds without receiving a satisfactory response. I do not understand how SolarWinds does not have a better understanding of how they plan to allow certified users to maintain/recertify our certifications. This is a very easy question that should have a straight forward answer.
