So, you added the key to the .config file? Did you restart the Orion Module Engine / Business Layer service? How long did you wait after this test?

I have already, So I learned you need a Mapquest API setup for this instructions are below: The worldwide map resource is not populating with your nodes information after 90 minutes even if you have configured the SNMP location field on your nodes. The following error is seen in…

Thanks for the help, and War Eagle! If you are willing to give a little more of a primer, I see the Node link in that table back to Orion.Nodes. How would the query go to use that link? I tried SELECT Node from Orion.ResponseTime but it came back with the error Data type Orion.Nodes not found. If you could point me towards…

I have this information in my routers as street as the snmp-location, Do I need to use lldp on the cisco routers to set this? does the custom properties of latitude and longitude not work?

I gave up and went with the GoogleAPI. That worked until I went to 12, then I had problems with it and swapped it back to mapquest until I can get google fixed.

Have you found an answer to this Rodolfo?

Can I get some clarification here? If I also want to create the business hours report Craig Norborg is speaking about in the new Web Report setup of the reporting tool, I could not use a SWQL query for my Custom table, I would need to use a SQL query. Is that correct?

Have you found any resources on how to complete this? I have been looking for a framework on how that is set up. I downloaded the SDK and have looked a bit on the forums, I can't seem to find where the availability is set up in the database, or how to calculate it.

I am looking to do this with a date range of the previous month. I have something that works in a SQL query that works for the last 30 days: WHERE DateTime > DATEADD(day, -30, GETDATE()) AND DATEPART(weekday, DateTime) >= 2 AND DATEPART(weekday, DateTime) <= 6 AND DATEPART(hour, DateTime) >= 8 AND DATEPART(hour, DateTime)…

I have it working in 12.3

Check the code in the page and see where it is failing. Make sure you didn't have any trailing or leading [] in your SQL statements.
-
After looking at the code, I had a bunch of errors in it. I isolated the map on a single page and looked at each of the errors and fixed them ( A ] after my database name, on a few of the files and the &sensor=true after the API key is unnecessary any longer I also had a problem with the select statement. Not sure how that…

I did, each time it deletes my C:\inetpub\SolarWinds\Orion\GoogleMap directory.

I'm getting this error, but I have this already setup in the ConfigurationWizard.exe.config as true. Was there anything else you did?

Has anyone used this with NPM 12 yet? BillFitz_Loop1

Hate to revive an older thread, but I am having this issue on the our solarwinds server using AppInsight for IIS. The HTTPS Bindings Monitor says access denied. The credentials in the AppInsight for IIS have passed. It is still saying 401 auth failed. The site is up, though.
