Hi Hendriks, Try resetting your license and run configuration wizard again, Hope it will work for you (mine worked after resetting the license). If doesn't work open a ticket with solarwinds support team if you still have active maintenance with them. Submit a Ticket | SolarWinds Customer Portal.

Thanks Martin & Jeff for your response, Is it advisable to run both NPM and NTA on a Virtual platform for a network with more than 3200 nodes (Wireless and Fiber Switches). I am currently running both on a StandaloneServer (ProLiant DL380 G7), 8 core logical processor and 8 GB Memory.

Hi, 1. Delete Solarwinds folder in C\inetpub\ 2. Delete Solarwinds website on IIS manager 3. Click on Application Pools and delete Solarwinds Orion application pool on IIS manager 4. Start/run configuration wizard and Select all options (website, Database and Services) Regards Nyamache Evans

Hi Team, I experienced the same problem while using NPM version 11.5 but after opening a ticket with support team I was advised to upgrade to version 11.5.2 and the issue got resolved. I guess it was a bug
