  • You are most certainly correct. That is a really good question then. Oddly enough, if you look in the Package Details for the latest ESR update at the bottom, the more information link tries to take you to a Thunderbird release notes page, rather than Firefox.

  • Ours did the same thing. About 75% of our clients failed. It uninstalled all the old versions, and then failed to install the new version. I just pushed out the 8u162 install, not the upgrade patch, and it reinstalled all of them correctly.
