Did you installed the Engineering Tools Edition in that server? A similar situation happened to us after we installed Engineering tools v9. We found that the NPM from tools v9 took over the desktop shortcut for Orion NPM. Just make sure that the shortcut is linked to the proper Orion NPM executable file. Hope this helps!…
