From your screenshot it looks like you are still using an older version of Orion. Why not have Support take a look at your issue so they can determine this. I also have NPM 11.0.1 and did a test by creating a dummy account and mine works without that restriction..

There's a button from the Customer Portal Login | SolarWinds for the older hotfixes. Click that and you should see the HF1.

Can't say for sure. One thing I'm certain is SolarWinds won't and can't "simply remove hardware from a device" just cause, it does not have the capability. I suggest open a support case for them to dig deeper into your issue.

Can you login to your Primary server and go to C:\ProgramData\Solarwinds\Logs\Orion then find the most recent BusinessLayerHost.log What does it say?
