Hi joneil Since you have installed WPM before, probably there's still a WPM alert enabled on your Advanced Alert manager. Can you please check? If you do, please have them disabled or better yet - delete them since the variables used are not available anymore. Let me know how it goes.

This scenario usually happens when the server is taking time loading/getting the information from the database server. I would recommend clearing cache on the ContainerMemberSnapshots table on your database. Remember to back up your database first before making changes and performing the steps. Please follow the steps…

You can integrate SRM with your existing SolarWinds suite (use same database as Orion) but if SRM is installed on a different server, then you will need to use a different database.

Yes, hardware health details can only be available if its already enabled.. Can't you just add the condition from your report where Node Name does not contain "Virtual"? To enable hardware health for devices in bulk, I suppose you can do a scheduled Network Discovery for all your managed devices..

I believe this is a known issue with NPM 11.5.x. Please open a support ticket so a tech can help you fix it.

HolyGuacamole is correct. Try using this.

May I ask, are you using the same web account to access web console on both your Orion server and laptop?

Physical Entity type of reports are from NCM if I'm not mistaken. Can you confirm how you tried or where you pulled that report?
-
I don't think this is possible. Any particular reason why you'd want to assign two different views on the same node?

Hi bhilgenkamp_botw I checked and it seems that the custom properties for applications are included on the APM_ApplicationCustomProperties table. Can you try if this works? ${APM_ApplicationCustomProperties.Escalation}

On older Orion versions, when you create a web report with multiple datasource, even when you select specific time for each datasource, it would still use the latest custom time period only. In NPM 12.0, you can now select multiple time.

I would recommended to install current version of SolarWinds on the new server before proceeding with the NPM 11 upgrade. This is advisable so that your schemas/ DB tables will be updated in the correct order. If you are on an older version of NPM, please check this link for your reference for the proper upgrade path:…

From what I know SolarWinds use the IfIndex as a tag for interfaces. If there had been any changes from the device and it was found that the current interface has changed, Interface index on the solarwinds side will be set to -1. You can confirm this by checking the interface details of the unknown interface. To be able to…
