NPM 11.5.2 and NPM 12.0 may have different schemas; I would suggest to install same versions (NPM 11.5.2, NCM 7.4,NTA 4.1.1, UDT 3.2.2) first then upgrade to NPM 12.0. Web settings, web reports and Jobs are all stored on your database so no need to worry about losing it.

It sounds like you have UDT integrated with NPM. Interfaces are for NPM and ports are for UDT. NPM monitors the statistics (ie bandwidth; utilization) while ports monitors the port name, port number, MAC addresses of the devices connected to the port, VLANs, and Duplex mode.
