In your environment you need to install IPAM on the primary server first and then on the additional web (there is a special installation package for additional web). Additional poller is not supported by IPAM. Jan

Please open a support ticket for this, it seems to be some inconsistency in the database. Thanks Jan

The number of used licenses is equal to the number of IP addresses which are not available. In your example, if you have a scope where 10 IP addresses have Used status and the rest of them is Available, only 10 licenses will be used.

Please open a support ticket for this, this seems to be some issue with polling of custom properties. Thanks Jan

Ed, please run MS DHCP Console on that IPAM server machine and try connecting to that DHCP server from there. You should be logged in to IPAM server with the same credentials, which you specify when adding the DHCP server to IPAM. If it works, please open a new support ticket. Jan

Before this request is addressed in EOC, you can change the width of those dropdowns in CSS file. Open the \EOC\Website\styles\ModalPopup.css file and change line: .resourceLevelList { width: 40%; } to .resourceLevelList { width: 80%; }

Hi Joseph, unfortunately you are not able to set home view for users this way. If the user doesn't have access to the default Home view, he/she is redirected to another view, which is selected more or less randomly. Specifying home view for users is on our road map for some future EOC release. For now, the only way how to…

Hi patriot, at the moment you can't set a different home page for each user or role. The only workaround for now is to provide each user with different URL, which would contain his home view name. Please look at my comment in another thread . Thanks Jan

Please open a support ticket, we will investigate it further. Thanks Jan

You need to backup following parts of the application: 1) EOC Database 2) EOC Certificate 3) Authorization Manager file You can create the DB backup using the standard MS SQL tools. Please look at following KB regarding the other two:…

Please use NodeCustomProperty.City = 'Atlanta' (without the dot between Node and CustomProperty) in those resources where Node.CustomProperty doesn't work. We are aware of the fact, that the naming is not consistent across all resources and fix for this is in our plan for some future release.

Hi Josh, Top XX resources displays only managed ESX hosts (i.e. hosts associated with some node in NPM). If no host in that cluster is managed, it would explain why those resources don't display any data. If those hosts are managed, please open a support ticket. Thanks Jan

This is definitely fine, you can have different modules and even different versions of modules on different Orions. Just ensure, that version of those modules are supported by your EOC. Jan

Hi Kieran, here are my responses: Q: My understanding is that Linux DHCP scope management is not a present capability of the system. From a quick look, I couldn't see it being on the roadmap - is this correct? A: I can confirm that Linux DHCP is currently not supported. You can vote for this feature here -…

Hi Manilyn, what do you mean by detecting IPv6? What exactly does not work? Thanks Jan
-
Amy, I'd first check Orion limitations for the Orion account you use for EOC polling. If you won't find any issue there, please open a support ticket. Thanks Jan
-
Hi Rohop, EOC cannot monitor another EOC. The only suggestion is to add all those Orion servers monitored by your customers' EOC into your EOC. Jan

I can confirm, that all those products are compatible with IPAM 3.0. Jan
-
There is already a feature request for this, see Custom View per Subnet - | thwack
-
In IPAM 3.0 you can display Hostname column in the list of IP Addresses - see IPAM online demo.
-
This is a known integration issue between IPAM 3.0 and NPM 10.4. Please upgrade to IPAM 3.1, this will fix the issue.
-
NPM 10.2 is supported by EOC 1.3 and EOC 1.3 SP1. Jan
-
This is currently not possible, please create a feature request for this. Thanks Jan
-
Just to clarify, when you check the Transmit Discards value for this interface directly in those NPM servers, can you see the same value on both servers? In other words, is the value consistent in those 2 NPM servers, just EOC reports it incorrectly? Thanks Jan
-
I propose to open a support ticket if you won't be able to make it working. Jan
-
It looks like you did all those basic checks, so I would definitely recommend opening a support ticket for this.

Which version of EOC do you use? If you are polling APM standalone server (version 4.0.1 and higher) you must use EOC 1.3. The older EOC version couldn't poll standalone APM. Jan
