Either run the latest hotfix for 12.3 or install/upgrade to a newer release like 12.4 and it will be fixed.

Has this issue be addressed in any of the releases post 12.6? Assets duplicating in WHD.... this is not good I commented near the end with my two cents about it. I haven't attempted any upgrades past 12.6 with all the talk of issues upgrading to 12.7, and not really seeing release notes addressing this particular issue…

After digging I found in the in the clientInterface.css (same .css the Classic view uses) they have the following defined: #helpDeskName{display:none} I then copied that line and pasted it into Edit CSS page of my custom stylesheet. Click preview and it works. Saved it…
