I'm primarily a Chrome user myself, and had no problems doing this. But I am curious as to what's different enough in FF that Chrome and IE work, but Firefox does not.

Had I not watched the video, I think I would have. But the video has a passage that seemed to specifically exclude one of the answers outright.

It's about 1715 MDT where I am right now, and I just answered the question. The answer is in there, but it's not at first glance. You have a little digging and reading to do.

I'm in a similar boat. And the only other item I didn't select certainly couldn't be deduced from AD. Something's fishy with today's answer.

No. I checked all the items that the video seemed to call for. I would have checked an additional item, but the video seemed to specifically rule out sending emails to the original ticket generating user.

Nope. The ebook definitely goes to page 25. I did download it locally, so as to avoid some of the lag I experienced when navigating the book.

I have to agree on this one. I did find a date in the screenshot, but that was for the ticket creation date, not the product release date.

That's what I had to do, too.

I am having this same problem. Entering the answer in, but no space for username, and never takes the answer (just reloads the question page). EDIT: Nevermind. This last time it worked. It didn't ask for my username until after I answered teh question (doesn't explain why it wasn't taking the answer, though).
