Steven, What I've found is that the demo starts at scratch when you log in to it. You have to wait several minutes for the simulation to create the action. In today's question, that was about 3-5 minutes (I wasn't timing), but a similar timeline in the previous simulations.

The customer is NOT always right. In fact, they are often very VERY wrong (sometimes with lethal results).

Thanks, Brian. With your help, I found my problem. The "Edit" option is not available in the NOC Preview, which is what I was looking at. Once I exited the NOC view, I then had the edit option.
