Are you suggesting that Orion will work with Net-SNMP to recieve SNMP v3 traps if it is installed on a Windows NMS?

I am experiencing the same problem. Has anyone found the solution for decoding Cisco mac-notification traps in Orion yet?

At the moment I'm off-site so I can get the exact version however, it is in the Workspace Studio and it is the GUI version. I can get that information for you tomorrow. Also I am using V3 and I haven't tried V1 or V2 because they don't meet the security requirements needed for this specific installation. Thanks... -Vincent

I've been trying to get switch port mapper to work with Juniper EX 4200 switches and I keep getting "do you have read/write snmp enable?" failures. Are you using snmp v3? If so what are your v3 communitry string settings on the Juniper switch? Thanks.. -Vincent

I have 10.6.1 installed and I getting the same error on my web pages. It would be great to get a solution to this issue.
