Can't show the environment for policy reasons, but there isn't actually much to show. Just a normal cube with a workstation, 2 22 inch monitors, and a Cisco Phone.

Splunk for Syslog aggregation, and Right IT Now for node and interface status (alerts trap from SolarWinds to this application). Splunk connects to SolarWinds database to pull other information together for a searchable database of node information (in addition to collecting syslogs directly from network devices).

The listed template works great, but I'd like to use NCM to generate a ucs config file and download that config as the running config. So far, no luck. I've even worked with an F5 engineer at my location. Any suggestions? Thanks!

What is it with Solarwinds and typos? NPM 9.5.1 has a Polling Engine Status resource that has this: "Last Database Upadate" Upadate?

Acceptable is different for everyone. I have found that if I want a ticket answered in a reasonable amount of time, I have to put it in as either Urgent or System Down. Using anything else will mean at least a 48 hour wait. It comes down to having qualified personnel to answer tickets. They don't seem to have enough people…
