  • Laughs, currently we can't use NCM and NPM at he same time as they use the same ports so integrated to me means I can use both at the same time with no conteniton for the smae ports.

  • The new version was to be SQL 2008 compliant and by fully integrated I mean that NPM and NCM were suppose to be fully integrated into a single console so that port contention was not occurring as it does now.

  • by the way they refferred to it as Version 10 but I opened a case and they didn't seem to know anything regarding this version.

  • attempted repair of NPM but still no joy. Now NPM service won't start. Opening ticket with Solarwinds.
