Yes, I have considered it, but wouldn't know how to go about creating a property that would work in an "If" statement format. I need my trigger to function like this: Trigger alert when, Node Status is equal to Down If Machine Type is equal to Juniper EX2200 Is there a way to configure a custom property to achieve this?

Lawrence, Thanks for your insight. It's a shame. That would be a great feature! Also, is there any way to search a group of computers for a specific program? Example: I would like to search for Microsoft Office on multiple machines. Is there any way to do this without running an inventory report on the machines?
