This game here is not that easy for me. But, OK. May interna IT-customer wants to know, what is Alert State 1 - Alert State 2 - Alert State 3 - Nevertheless the fields are not documented, somebody should be aware on the deeply meaning, isn't it?

Hello, thank you for the reply, but isn't there somewhere within the documentation a part which describes this. When I look into my actual monitor, .... the specific cases are not 100% clear to me. And thsi is what my customer requests from my monitoring.

Yes. Within this you can find the field two times. The first one is numbered one (1 and 2 in this case; there is also a 3 possible) and the second one is graphically.
