The HA issue I mentioned is related to file sharing. File transfer services such as ftp/sftp are HA supported. However, in a situation where a file is shared through a share link, link-related information is stored separately in the local DB and cannot be shared across HA nodes.

Wouldn't it be better to copy the Serv-U.Archive file to another server and process the changes you want to change through the LDAP UI?

Answer myself: File sharing in HA environment is not supported. Therefore, keep in mind that HA is not supported in an environment where file share links are sent to customers or users.
