There is a huge thread on this specific issue that was bumped recently - customers wanting the ability to give non-admin end users date range pickers for reporting and views. It does not exist and its a gap for us too - PMs coming to me for reports 100 times a week when they should be able to self service date range…

This has always been a huge issue for me so I hope that you open a case and get the scoop from support. To open a case loginto your customer portal and open it there, assuming you have current maintenance $ paid up.

An AWS will not give you that kind of redundancy if you don’t have at least one polling engine alive. I think you’re now entering a discussion of HA & PE redundancy.
