One thing that resolved a handful of weird issues for us was to install all current Windows Updates on all Orion servers. Patch inconsistency between servers it seems is really a killer.

One of my environments has 2 AWS behind a LB. One of them has an issue where the SW information service blows up CPU to 100% and needs a reboot. What is your issue? Just curious if you have evidence of whats going on with your's. Thanks

Can you post some screenshots of the config, hiding any proprietary info? Do you have custom URLs configured through menu items?

There's so many moving pieces and parts so the upgrade to fix methodology is always a pita. I've never heard of this issue you are describing so I'll be watching this thread. Why is upgrading not an option? Is it due to OS/SQL licensing or level of effort?

You're not going to get all of these fields for the Linux/Unix OS.

In short, all objects exposed by any method that SAM can consume is "monitorable". I'm not sure a spreadsheet is readily available listing every possible component.

Applied all patches to main polling engine. We deployed the AWS with all the latest patches, main polling engine was not patched with January 2019 patches yet. All is well now.
