The out-box are Ok and has always have been that way. It would be nice to have templates that could be compatible with each software release. Example: Like SAM Application templates that can be downloaded for use. Just something cleaner for emails.

I wanted to know if any templates are available to use that are similar to all the alerts bundled in the zip file.
