• Awesome this helped me get started. I set up the Poller and tested alerts successfully using this. I also found a good number of OID's i can use to monitor, just need to see what makes sense.

• Wow, well I'm glad to hear it's a bug. Very disappointing though, the whole reason we invested in this system is to send real time alerts.

• Yes the account has the correct access. It will work fine for some time, then the process will freeze again.

• The device I'm looking at now is a 3825 but we have a number of different models (3800,2811,1800) also switches. Where can I find the Content Exchange for UnDPs?
