I can find no way to get wildcards to work for searching IP addresses on the web syslog viewer. Only a complete IP address returns results. Not being able to use Wildcard searchs from the webpage syslog search is a big issue. Please make sure a feature request has been submitted.

I am no seeing Base Ethernet Mac Address showing up in that report.

Yes, I can do that. But we have a two /16's and a /8's split into many, many /23s through /30s. With different departments needing to see different networks. Manually creating individual reports for each network will take an unreasonable amount of of time to complete.

Ours had to do with us using more than one poller to collect Syslog, and the other poller's devices weren't all showing up on the application. After opening a ticket, they sent me a new syslog.exe that fixed the issue.

We did still see the nodes, and they were updating thier date and time of most recent flow, but when we clicked to see the info, it would show no traffic for that 2 hours. Yes, there were some messages about getting flow from unmanaged interfaces.

Note, how both the average and the max are above the the max value the chart seems to choose... And while I understand that a large spike could make a chart unreadable, is there some way to setup or define the max value, for when the automagically chart top value Orion picks isn't gonna give the data wanted?

You are correct, I only want to change the router's name, the rest of the data would remain unchanged on the interface description. I thought about manipulating the interfaces in the database, but I don't know how I would push those changes to the nodes.

I am not seeing a SNMP Set ability in the Engineer's Toolset other than the System MIB Editor, that does System Name, Location, and Contact.

It isn't a Windows box the SNMP traps are going to, will it still work?

Anyone found a way yet? We would also like to list the unreachable children in the alert for the parent.
