So there is no way to use report writer to create something like it either :(
-
Thank you, shame cause it would been really useful to be able to do has changed for any property.
-
Bummer, We need to be able to limit what departments can see what subnets. Is there a fast/easy way to generate multiple reports automatically (have a /16 that needs to be broken into /24s and smaller), so we can drop different reports into specific departmental folders?

Usually we monitor the ports that connect the router to other routers and swtiches. Although I don't know for sure if this one had any interfaces being monitored. But no alerts would have been setup for those interfaces.
-
"turned on" the routing poller, I was talking about going to Settings > Manage Pollers > Routing > +Assign, then assigned the devices needed. But when I check back a day later, the routing table checkbox is still empty, and routing table isn't being polled on the device.
-
I see routing in the list. It shows: Routing Routing table BGP neighbors EIGRP neighbors I am looking for a way to check the Routing table entry without having to manually go to each device's List Resources.

No, I figured I would post here see if anyone had run into this before, or if I was missing something simple. I will open a ticket. Harvie

There is no edit CLI option on nodes. I seem to be able to create and save new credentials, but can't find a way to change or delete them.
-
That was the issue, thanx.
-
Thank you, that worked. It should be noted, that while the Orion SDK github shows no third parameter and the examples shows the third parameter as a username, the third paraemeter is actually a Boolean for if you want to reboot the device.
-
Thank you, that fixed my issue of trying to install NPM12.1 additional poller.
-
All I get is a field to enter a number and a drop down to choose seconds, minutes, hours. How would I populate that with a custom node property?
-
Good to know. I will move NetPath to the Configs Tab_Menu so only users who can see configs will see Netpath until this is fixed.
-
@"jblankjblank" Correct. Thank you.

We have devices with two links between them, I found that I can add the interfaces to the map and then connect the interfaces, but it will still draw a connection line between the devices that contains the stats for one the links. If I delete the link it created, it puts it right back on. Is there a way to modify the link.

We are currently running 2019.2 and implementing this script went smooth. One question, I am not seeing a way to upgrade our Orion to 2019.4 only to 2020.2 RC. Will that option be available in the full release? Harvie

Sounds great, but we aren't getting results that make sense, as shown below... This Audit Action: User Test changed node TestNode property UnManageFrom from 11/2/2015 8:00:00 PM to 11/4/2015 9:49:00 AM User Test changed node TestNode property UnManageUntil from 11/3/2015 2:00:00 PM to 11/4/2015 2:00:00 PM Displays as, in…

I figured it out, it was an extra " from the url line. Now that is resolved, and it's spitting out new errors. I am going back through the comments chain now to see if someone has already come across and resolved the new errors.
-
Had to add the URL statement to the script to get it to run. But now I am getting the following error when I try to run it from the server: At C:\Users\jarrieh\Desktop\process_alert_reply_email.ps1:297 char:13 + Write-Host "Number of unread messages in",$inbox.DisplayName,":",$inbox.UnreadCo ... + ~~~~~~ Unexpected token…

Very cool script, ran into a minor issue, when we ack the email it adds the entire email chain as the alert comments.
-
Thank you, other than having to change a few of them to Get Next it worked perfectly.
-
Awesome, this saves me all types of headaches, I am surprised this isn't part of HA already. Would it be better to trigger the script run from an alert action to execute an external program or something?
-
We are also having the same experience. I have opened a ticket with Support, so far no real progress on resolving the issue.

Here is how we did it: 1. From edit page, add a "Custom HTML" to the Tab's Resource Column in the "Customize Page" 2. Then, edit the "Custom HTML" window 3. Add the URL as an iframe, example below to load View ID 515 as a tab <iframe src='http://orionExample/Orion/SummaryView.aspx?ViewID=515' width='100%'…

This is great. Anyone found a way to do something similar that lists the ports that aren't used?
-
Fixed, it was defaulting to Hop Count of 2.

I opened a support case after talking to SolarWinds, it looks like an IOS version issue. It appears there are IOS versions pre 12.4(4)T that support CBQoS, but don't appear to support SNMP polling of CBQoS data.
