hi, I am not able to find recommendations option in the virtualization summary or any where else in Orion? and we have Orion platform 2016.2.100, NPM12.0.1, DPA 10.2.0, QoE 2.2.0, NTA 4.2.1, IVIM 2.1.2, SAM 6.3.0 and NetPath 1.0.1 thanks 

Is there anything i need to do to get the VMAN recommendations to show up ? installed the trial and can't seem to find it ?

@ mprobus I found that there was quite alot of conflicting info out there so having the information from above really points you in the right direction and in this case removing the need for an additional app

Hi osborne_graham​, Thanks for getting back to me I have tried to setup both types of alert and neither one seems to trigger, the template pulls back the following info when I set the alert on the template it just shows as up ? and when creating the alert I get to the final page and states that it would not be triggered…

Hi adam.beedell​, I think you were on to something with the proxy settings , I now appear to be getting a response on the test to google however this is showing as "Test successful with "Critical" status on Server " any ideas why its coming back as down now that it can get through ? Hans

i think it is as the feature has been around a while it was more the configuration that i had issues with
