It's already messed up One way to resolve (or may not), is to disable the vMware polling on vCenter nodes and re-enable it again until all hosts are tied to the correct node. Second is to open support ticket with Solarwinds so that they can have remote session with you.

Disagree, you wont loose hardware visibility when polling via vCenter, you can even monitor it even in ICMP polling method.And, if you do both, you'll end up having orphaned ESX's on virtualization assets (not a good idea )
