  • This is exactly what we want, clients to be able to log in and have the dashboard tab. Don't necessarily want them editing the widgets moreso publishing a techs dashboard for reviewing only by client. Surprised this doesn't have more votes would really be beneficial from a customer point of view to see how many tickets…
  • Well I've just had the same thing happen in IE. I clicked send on a previously added note, then clicked 'New' to enter a new note and the Notes box collapsed - so refreshed the page. This I guess now is not a browser specific issue.
  • I'd like to know the outcome of this as we also have this issue. Ive resorted to using IE instead of Chrome and so far i've not experienced it. Though its only been a couple of weeks.
  • We had the same problem a while ago, cant quite recall if it was resolved by upgrading to latest version or using a different browser. It is a documented issue i believe.
