Agree with others: Oct 25 asks what new features released in the latest version. As I understand it, all features listed are existing features, not new.

While I agree it's a tricky one, the question does ask to identify how observability is different from monitoring, which is explained in the 'Monitoring vs. Observability' paragraph.

You chose your answer based on another person's (wrong) answer and also got it wrong. It was a tricky question but you didn't even attempt to answer it for yourself.

Another tricky one, the key is to answer from the perspective of the service portal (user facing). Although I'd still argue there's two correct answers for this one.

Certainly caught me out. I didn't catch the incorrect answer prompt but must have missed something in the article.
