Trying from my work PC...Windows 7, IE 8 [A:C] Got 'demouser', churning but no login. I will try again from my home PC tonight. It's a shame, though...my boss is very interested in the product.

Trying from my home PC this time. Using Firefox on Windows 7, code [a:b] - Got "Guest 17", churned but no login. IE 9 on the same Windows 7, code [a:b] - Got "Guest 18, more churning, no login.

I am getting the same error I got last time. I'm using IE 8 on Windows 7. and the code was [a:b] I'll try it again from my home box later.

I tried again from my home PC...Windows 7 with IE 9 and Firefox (with Flashblock, which I disabled for the test) First with Firefox...[a:a], got "guest41" user, still churned. I hit Cancel and Connect, still churned. Stock IE9, no addons...[a:a], got "guest42", same as Firefox. At least I got the user name change this time

Just tried it again at work. Still stuck on "demouser", still chruns. [a:a] is the code. Sorry I didn't try the last time at home last week...I promise I will do it tonight!

In my case it doesn't switch. It didn't switch the first time I tried using it 3 weeks ago. The second time I tried from my home PC last week it did switch, and it's not switching from work today. I will try it from home when I get there tonight. We're locked down pretty tightly here.

No...this time it remained "demouser" and the name did not change. I hit "Cancel" and tried to change the user name to "guest17" and got an error - "Unable to authenticate on manager: lem.demo.solarwinds.com Invalid login."

I don't know if you're still working on this, but I tried to check it out, and was unable to log in. The login screen just hangs The user name this time was "demouser"
