We're on a fairly old version, but not ancient - 2023.3.1 - but the weird thing is that it was working without any issue and then all of a sudden started to do this. I'll log a ticket with support, but I was wondering if anyone else had seen this issue and had a fix. Thanks!

Hi Stuart, Thanks for your reply - that's really helpful - and yes if you do manage to work out how to get a CPU monitor working, seeing how you would do that would be really useful too. We have a lot of applications which react to customer calculation requests and so CPU load is a metric we need to have central in our…

Hi Jerry, That's it, thanks! Gareth

This is fantastic - is there a way to modify this to show used space growth in MB (or GB) rather than percentage of capacity? It's just that we regularly increase the size of virtual disks and so the percentage used may not indicate correctly the growth of a volume - for example, a 200GB disk might at one point have 180GB…

I know this quite old now but did anyone manage to get this to work? I'm trying to get the same information into a widget (top 10 largest volume changes over 7 days) I'm thinking this might help me get to what I want

Hi David, That sounds more like what I want to do - don't suppose you've got any links to resources on how to achieve this? Regards, Gareth

Hi Seashore, That's pretty much what I'm after, and yep you nor I have those skills, hopefully some nice person in the the Thwack community will come to the rescue! Cheers, Gareth

Hi jfrazier, I'm monitoring the server with an agent, it's a managed node so I could put application monitors on it fairly easily. Solarwinds has pretty much full access to this server. Is there a log file monitor in SAM? Thanks, Gareth

Hi JVB, Yeah restarted services and rebooted server. Still the same response. Regards, Gareth

I had tried that before, setting up external nodes against the urls, but that wasn’t working as expected. What node do I assign the application monitors to instead? Thanks Gareth Armstrong Technical Engineer

Hi Steffen, I’m seeing the figure updated on Solarwinds but the figure hasn’t updated on the V-Center, so it results in us getting the same figure every time Solarwinds polls. I’m aware that this is more a VMWare issue – I was hoping that someone had had this problem and had a way of getting solarwinds to refresh the…

Hi neomatrix Thanks for this, I need to show this information for around 55 VMs on one screen - is there a way to just display the VM name and the percentages, without the line graph? I've tried doing a custom table, but this doesn't really highlight when CPU usage is high, it just lists the CPU usage of specified VMs.…

Hi there, I logged the ticket yesterday but haven't had any response yet. The ticket number is 00415912. Thanks Gareth
