Though this idea is rather old, I currently came up with both of these question from my techs and myself. Most techs want the mentioned buttons on the top, too. It'd be a small QOL-feature. To the second part: I'd rather have the option to use an Action Rule, that could check if a ticket was marked as a "Solution".That way…

Already had a ticket open for some other case concerning the RC. Sadly they told me that they don't have a quick solution for most cases involving RC, other than rolling back to 12.6. So all we can do is hope for a quick update or roll back to 12.6.

Even though I've done that already, I've tried again right now, but to no avail. I now created a support-ticket and hope I'll get an answer there.

We're using a custom CSS for our client-view and the Profile-Tab doesn't show anything. Under "Look and Feel" the preview isn't showing, instead the browser immediatly downloads a file (see attachment)

Okay... After fiddling around with the settings I somehow got it to work... At first I tried to use the "only if e-mail matches an accepted domain"-option and added the external domain I wanted to test. This worked. After that I simply set it to "Yes", deleted the client, tried again, and it worked. lastly I deleted the…
