I have another question with the syntax WHD : How I can select multiple OU, because if I browse, I can select only one I have tried OU=BESA Users,DC=besa,DC=bsi,DC=corp & OU=BESA TEST OU,DC=besa,DC=bsi,DC=corp, but it does not work. Could you help me please ? THank you Gianni

@ billiypilgrim : That is the answer from SolarWinds's support : "By design, the departments, locations, and other details that WHD synchronizes from your AD is being written down into the database assigning a unique ID. This is a normal behavior for WHD to retain these old "values" as the reports, tickets, history, etc.,…
