  • Standalone License Count is the number of MRC/DRS consoles (this is where your technicians are sitting at) you can install. if you have count 100 that means that you can install and register up to 100 MRC/DRS consoles. Hope this helps.

  • Hi to download the HF log in to the Customer portal then click on LIcenseManagemeet from the drop down menu select my downloads select your Dameware product -> DMRCC and then scroll down in the additional downloads you should see HF download option. there are instructions included on how to deploy the agents.

  • Hi this BSOD can happen on the version 11.2 due to issues with Mirror driver. Can you please prior to connecting to the XP machine uncheck the checkbox with option "Use mirror driver". there is also an HotFix provided on this issue. You can find the Hotfix in your Customer Portal in the downloads page.

  • Hi I've tried Dameware v11.2 with the Windows10 (one of the earliest builds Microsoft made public) and the MRC session worked fine. Is there any particular functionality you need to make sure that is working? Please note that Microsoft is still working hard on the Win10 and they are changing a lot of things.

  • This problem may occur if there is Apple hardware along the way and can be caused by: The error code refers to lost HTTP connections, which " usually indicates a highly overloaded server."
