Yes once you make the change, rerun the configuration wizard for just the website.

mbrid, So the resolution to this is to modify a variable (in my setup maybe different in yours)C:\SW\ConfigurationWizard.exe.config. I made a backup copy changed "PrecompiledWebsiteDisabled" to true, saved it, and reran the web configuration part to fix the issue. Thanks to SW support figuring this out.

Having the same issue mbird, I opened a support ticket, I will post what we find.
