That worked. I had nothing in the data portion so I added a 10 which increased it by two bytes. Increased the ICMP timeout to 5000 miliseconds. Node came up. Thanks for finding that.

Tracert from Orion box is fine all the way back to their ISP. Two hops 'request timed out' but it does complete. Why would an ICMP node show down but I'm able to ping the IP from the same box as Orion NPM?
