  • Worth trying with other FTP software such as FileZilla or WinSCP - I have seen issues in the past with specific SSH ciphers. Or try disabling AES128-CBC in the Serv-U encryption settings as a test to see if it negotiates ok on a different cipher.
  • If you login to your account at www.solarwinds.com, this might be available. However, I wouldn't generally recommend it, there have been significant security changes in the newer versions. I would recommend you check out the release notes.
