one common engine for all tools would be great, and crystal reports seem so outdated...

Hump day BUMP

I also am an MVP but have not heard of the free copies. My management asks often of some test type license we can purchase. Most all of our systems have a production, development and a QA environment. We do not pay three times at full price, or even 1/2 price for those, but we do for Solarwinds... I hope the accountants…

searching makes things faster, more convienient. This is what Orion is all about. So add search capabilities in any area possible. Some of us have huge lists of alerts, nodes, apps, IP's, etc etc etc....
-
I agree, user/group based and/or view based.... heck, I'll take anything!!
-
almost 200.... lets see 200 for the new year!!
-
BUMP!!!! Meraki use is expanding especially in the SDWAN side We have over 60 sites on SDWAN with another 60 planned this year, all using MX's. Please integrate with their API more

Based on the log file this is the URL to the report that is failing, BUT when I go to that URL logged in as the report user it works just fine. It only seems to fail when accessed via the scheduler https://health.XXXXX.local:443/Orion/Report.aspx?ReportID=319&X-SW-Scheduler=true&InlineRendering=TRUE&Printable=TRUE

next hotfix should be out tomorrow..... install this as well
-
Should we be removing all agents? Are the agents affected?
-
Please include Meraki in the SD-WAN products....
-
Anyone know anything about this? Rumors a patch may be coming concerning this
-
Sweet!! Can't wait!!

How do we aquire an RC version? How will we know when the RC version is available? We would be happy to be a beta tester for future releases as well.... Thanks, Nap
-
Ditto..... couldn't say it better... We currently use an appliance called Etelemetry Locate... but have direction to remove it...
-
NCM already pulls inventory and ARP tables, so can't this be leveraged? I thought that is where this data would come from....
-
We also are disappointed with this feature. I talked it up and hoped I could remove an appliance called locate because of this feature. But if I have to monitor user ports, then this is almost useless to us. We have over 1500 switches and over 30000 interfaces. That would mean our monitored element count would go from 12K…

FYI: One thing we did not test is custom SQL alerts.
-
No... all groups are simple groups with nodes. Nothing fancy.
-
This query will work, but they do not want to provide a login. Therefore I need to use SNMP. There are OID's for what I need (1.3.6.1.4.1.111.4.1.2.1 , but, I get "No Such Name" returned when I do a query. Anyone know what that means?? I use SNMP to monitor the server so this seems odd....
-
Thats perfect!! Thanks...
-
Is there anything that will watch the tablespace?
-
Alerts are all just fine, I find that sometimes a group is down and the group never shows as down.... This isn't a major issue, may be an issue with the resource. But, I will say that all alerts converted with no issues and we have over 500 alerts.
-
It would be great to see this happen.... definite intrest here.... Should this be moved to feature request?
-
I created an app that will do this in the mean time... http://thwack.solarwinds.com/docs/DOC-170823 Cant wait for the new SQL stuff, I saw a sneak peek and it looks AWSOME!!!! Like most of the releases!!

did you set the netflow monitor under the QOS section of the SSID?
