Is there a marketing PDF that would shouw the capabilities and benefits to this tool? I want to provide some information on this to my server team to see if they could use this (and pay for it!)

We now use Orion for our executive system status and roadmap meetings.... Being able to move everything from 1 to 5 years off to a separate database would be terrific and maybe even sped up NPM response time for daily use.

need more Meraki support.... SNMP is adequate at best....

Thanks for the reply rob.hock. As I scroll through the available resources under add content in the web report builder, I cannot find andthing like "Custom Node Poller" or for an interface. I can do this in the legacy report writer, but it looks as though this ability was missed in the web reports builder...

I agree, this would be great. Having the separate utility is kinda sloppy...

We have power outages at plants and the scheduled outages could come in handy for these, but the above idea of disabling notifications for a node or group would be much better...

I like this because I'm learning about some tools I know little about. We dont have a big cloud presence, but as we slowly go that way I like the option available to know whats going on.

Funny I was just reading about the general release. Very stoked about it. I am set to upgrade from 5.1 to the latest in Jan 2013.... Due to the criticality of Orion in out environment, we can only have major changes twice a year.... BTW, I'm a big "Towlie" fan!!

This may be a good opportunity for a SAM application that pings with all the possible ping parameters being an option.
