Weird... I deleted all my assets - didn't change any mappings or any settings - just resync'd to see what would happen and this time it worked normally. No dupes! No idea what's was going on... but it's awesome now

We have 10 different buildings between the two school districts... the locations are values which define the company. If there is a value in SCCM I can assign somehow and have that map to WHD - then we'd be set... problem is - I don't know how to do that... :/

Correct - the only thing under the "Discovery Connections" section is our SCCM server. No other method is entered, nor has it ever been entered... fresh install. (hyper-v demo/trial file)...

Bump - anyone know if this is normal functionality, or how I can get the client side to allow me to create a ticket for other "clients" who are not techs?
